Data Accuracy

Important: While we strive for accuracy, DLD data may contain errors, delays, or inconsistencies. Always verify critical information independently before making financial decisions.

We process over 1.6 million transaction records from official sources. However:

Data is updated periodically, not in real-time
Some transactions may be missing or incorrectly recorded at source
Historical data may not reflect current market conditions

OfferBrief's design, code, and original analysis are owned by Level09 Studios. The underlying DLD transaction data is publicly available government data.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability
