What we provide

OfferBrief provides property market analytics and insights based on publicly available Dubai Land Department (DLD) transaction data. Our tools help you research the Dubai real estate market.

Data accuracy

Important: While we strive for accuracy, DLD data may contain errors, delays, or inconsistencies. Always verify critical information independently before making financial decisions.

We process over 1.6 million transaction records from official sources. However:

  • Data is updated periodically, not in real-time
  • Some transactions may be missing or incorrectly recorded at source
  • Historical data may not reflect current market conditions

Not financial advice

OfferBrief is an information tool, not a financial advisor. Our analysis, AI verdicts, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute:

  • Investment advice
  • Property valuations
  • Legal or tax advice
  • Recommendations to buy or sell property

Always consult qualified professionals before making property investment decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use OfferBrief for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Scrape or bulk download our data without permission
  • Use our service to mislead others or commit fraud
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems
  • Resell our data or analysis without authorization

Intellectual property

OfferBrief's design, code, and original analysis are owned by Level09 Studios. The underlying DLD transaction data is publicly available government data.

Account responsibilities

If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining its security. You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google, so keep those accounts secure.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

OfferBrief is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on our data or analysis.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
